Jango is the Michael Jackson look-a-like who has the ability to hypnotize anybody at will. Captin Kuro gave away his crew to his first mate, Jango, who now commands those pirates. He was instructed by Kuro to hypnotize Usopp's friend Kaya to sign away her entire fortune to him and to kill her making it look like an accident.
